About
Rooted Again
A very religious group called the Pharisees loved to follow the traditional rules to the letter, so much so that they never allowed faults to go unpunished. This group had no mercy or grace because if it wasn’t tradition, it was sinful unless the action benefited them. Jesus saw this happening and called them out on their hypocritical ways.
“You hypocrites! Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you, for he wrote,
‘These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me.
Their worship is a farce, for they teach man-made ideas as commands from God.’ ”
Matthew 15:7 New Living Translation
Jesus’ followers were concerned that He offended the Pharisees, but Jesus didn’t care. Instead, He responded with,
“Every plant not planted by my heavenly Father will be uprooted, so ignore them. They are blind guides leading the blind, and if one blind person guides another, they will both fall into a ditch.” Matthew 15:13-14 New Living Translation
This is what Rooted Again is about: Relationship over Religion.
There’s nothing you can do (works: doing religious actions) that will get you into heaven. The only way you can get into heaven is through Jesus Christ (salvation: believing that Jesus Christ came from heaven to earth to die on the cross for our sins, and through his death and resurrection, we are now saved from our sins, hell, and separation from God).
We have man-made ideas of what Christianity is or what following Jesus Christ should look like, when He told us exactly what to do in the Gospels and throughout the Bible. To become a true follower of Christ, we must understand that seeking God first builds our foundation of a genuine relationship with God. That’s what He wants. Yes, there are actions that come with building a relationship with God, just like any relationship you want to grow and develop. However, we’re not doing this because we “have to.” We’re doing this because we want to and need God in our lives.
If you’re here to learn more about God, start a relationship with God, renew your walk with God, or deepen your intimacy with God, you’re in the right place! Welcome to Rooted Again, where God uproots you to replant you. Let’s get digging!

Mission
Our mission is to help you uproot anything our Father God did not plant in you and to be replanted by Him and in Him again.

"Where God uproots you to replant you."
Vision
We aim to equip all believers through the foundations and revelation of the Bible so they can develop their relationship with God, teach others, and walk in their calling and purpose.
Values
FAITH
Rooted Again believes that Jesus Christ humbled Himself into human flesh and descended to earth to fulfill the Law, introduce grace, die on the cross for our sins, and was resurrected three days after His death (on the third day). By faith in Jesus Christ, we are redeemed and no longer separated from God because of Jesus' death and resurrection.
(John 3:16)

LOVE
Rooted Again loves any and everybody because anything we do without love is useless. (Hebrews 5)

HOPE
Rooted Again aims to bring hope back into those who are seeking God for the first time or coming back again to become rooted in the word of God. (Jeremiah 3)
